In the VIP Nigiri box you will likely find, A5 10 score Japanese wagyu, NZ Deepwater Scampi, Hokkaido scallop, Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, Snapper, Hamachi, Chu-Toro Tuna Belly, Sturia Oscietra Caviar, NZ Crayfish and Ikura Salmon Caviar.
